How do I place an order?
Add a watch to your cart, open the cart and select Checkout. Enter your contact and delivery details, choose a payment method and confirm. You will see your order number on the confirmation page.
Are your watches first copies or replicas?
No. Every branded watch we sell is genuine, and our own-label watches are original designs that never carry another watchmaker's name or logo. All of them are covered by the warranty shown on the product page and our returns policy. Here is what "first copy" means and why we don't sell it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we never store card details. Cash on Delivery is offered on eligible orders where enabled.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders of ₹1,999 or more ship free. Below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies. The exact amount is always shown in your cart before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your pincode.
Can I return a watch?
Yes. Unused watches in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please read our Returns Policy for the full conditions.
Are the watches covered by warranty?
Every watch carries the Watch Hub India warranty stated on its product page. The warranty for each watch is listed on its product page.
How do I track my order?
Sign in and open My Orders in your account to see the latest status and tracking details once your order has shipped.
